microwaves, infrared, visible and ultraviolet ranges of radiation and the
interaction with matter. An example of this is torsion, as in the strength of a
weld, the molecular rotation and torsion (act of twisting or turning a body:
matter) will determine the strength of a weld. Therefore, the denser the matter
the less transparent the object is within, with the use of certain ranges of
radiation.

portion of the electromagnetic spectrum has quantum energies (stem cells can be

The reason for many of children’s deformities
and the new way to die, without any idea as to why are “ the transmitting towers, such
as AM [broadband] and FM towers, TV towers, cell towers,etc. emit RF/microwave
radiation continuously. Also, Wi-Fi (wireless internet), wireless computers,
cordless phones and their base units, cell phones and all other wireless
devises emit microwave radiation. A cell phone that is ON but not in use is also
radiating”(Kumar).

radiation can be classified as thermal and non thermal. The thermal effect has been
largely studied and refers to the heat that is generated due to absorption of
microwave radiation. Being exposed to the thermal effect could cause fatigue,
cataracts and reduced mental concentration. Research is going on to study the
non-thermal effects of radiation, and it has been associated with affecting the
cell membrane permenability. Sadly the current exposure safety standards are
purely based on the thermal effect while ignoring the non-thermal effects of
radiation” (Kumar).
The soldiers in theater in the Gulf
Wars have endured climates up to 130 degrees F. in full battle dress and gear.
The soldiers within the age categories of 18 plus were more than likely raised
with computers, cell phones and other devices, and even if the Iraq cell and
satellite towers and dishes were disabled, our troops had their own mobile
Wi-Fi and Microwave, by way of digital satellite technologies, not to mention
crowd control mobile and stationary units. Perhaps a step above the use of
Naphon used for clearing foliage and the enemy simultaneously including urban
areas in WW II, in Tokyo at the time of the dropping of the Atomic bombs.
Particularly the last weeks of the war; overall, in that city alone 70,000
people, civilians perished in the Fire Raids. Even the hundreds crossing a bridge
in escape from the fires in Tokyo City poured into the water ablaze (Carlin).
The Desert Storm and Desert Shield
soldiers when they are young and probable precursor to the future treatments in
Healthcare, may not of known “ when radiation hits the head, it penetrates the
skull. The experiment done by Dr. Om Gandi back in 1997 showed how radiation
penetrates the skull of an adult (25%). 10 years old (50%) and a 5 year old
(75%). The younger the child the deeper the penetration due to the fact their
skulls are thinner and still developing ” (Kumar).
Microwave
ovens operate at about 2450 MHz “and most Wi-Fi systems and some cordless
phones operate at the same frequency” (Kumar). The possibility of thermal and
non-thermal radiation in regulated pulses, intentionally or not, along with or
not, along with gamma radiation, a byproduct of depleted uranium radiation,
whether it be in its natural state or used in its many modern applications,
including the dust after explosion, in bridging the gap of all five
subdivisions under and including microwave radiation (Gamma rays, X-rays, UV,
Infrared, and Microwaves). Intent or not, a rudimentary weapon which might of
advantaged from extreme heat and radar waves and pulse that did not
discriminate as per living targets or host in all directions. This would
further damage the visual cortex affecting the functions attributed to the
cerebrum such as “conscious thought, planning and emotion,” but also, “this
type of radiation can penetrate deeply into biological materials, where it
creates free radicals. These molecules can alter the structure of DNA in a
variety of ways. Exposure to high doses of ionizing radiation can cause base

With this known, depending on
degree of exposure at home and at school (data bases and IP addresses, both
home and school, cell-phones, etc.) then resulting neurological links created
from childhood subsequentially intensified in theater, field of operation, with
intent (federally regulated radiation exposures allowed by law), all by design
and within an intended use. Our soldiers will endure a world left of dignity
and respect, proper medical care desired and deserved, left to a country that
kills its own stolen from the past and a discarded future of proper Healthcare,
thus stolen from the future also. The opponents, of her children’s children,
once enemy and the collateral damage will never explain generations from now
the reasons they were born and left to die, left in a toxic wasteland and they
were only children like our soldiers once were today.

BELOW IS A PAPER THAT I WROTE ABOUT WATER POLLUTION IN THE UNITED STATES. PLEASE FORGIVE ANY ' LEAPS OF FAITH ' REGARDING BIOLOGY, AND OTHER MISTAKES THAT MIGHT BE PRESENT. I'M GOING OFF MEMORY AND OLD PODCASTS AND BOOKS THAT I USED TO HAVE, THE NEW BIOLOGY BOOK , I HAVEN'T READ MUCH OF IT YET.

Inhibition of Cause and Effect in America’s Surface and Subterranean
Waterways in Opposition to Our Civil Rights
The environmental concern in El Paso proper has always been water and its purity. Nephritis, a primary chemically induced effect in lab animals and humans, derived of uranium, as of 2003, are still in the accepted normal physilological range. ( W H O-p-3 ) Thus the global and local concerns in the uncertainty of climate change and the fact of ice caps melting in both hemispheres, north and south and phytoplankton reduction should cause interest in fine tuning water filtration plants in all the multicities of greater El Paso and water used for the city’s environment ( parks and recreational areas ) as well. Water swells in subterranean basins and eventually flows ‘ downhill ‘ as gravity and density of soil, gravel and porous rock permits.
This connexion with the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act ( RECA ) which passed Congress In 1990, a result of radiation poisoning of the Sioux Nation and Navajo Nation ( New Mexico four corners area ), whose numbers increased dramatically from the 1960’s - -1990’s. During and after 2008, Charmaine White Face of Defenders of Black Hills, The Great Sioux
Nation as “ America’s Chernobyl. ” She also stated “ a private abandoned, open-pit uranium mine about 200 meters from an elementary school in Ludlow, SD., emits 1170 micro-
Rems per hour, more than 4 times as much as being emitted from the Fukushima Nuclear power plant in Japan.” ( Global Research )
The Indian nations, once described as prisoners of war, The Indian Appropriations Act of 1851, gave monies to move Indians onto reservations to ‘ protect ‘ them from white settlers, yet one “ reservation in Pine Ridge, SD is registered as a POW Camp 344.” ( Global Research ) In 1871, their ( Sioux Nation and other Indian Nations ) legal status was changed to wards of the Federal Government, and no longer a recognized sovereign nation ( s ).
Excluding the unknown extent of radiation contamination ( s ) at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant ( WIPP ) site in Carlsbad, New Mexico, the underlying salt beds and near watersheds, may have a commonality in comparison with effects in history with another event in the Ukraine region ( Chernobyl ) concerning tumble weeds, they survived in close proximity. And even further back in the world’s history, the Gymnosperms ( Biology p 635-636 ) which once dominated the Earth’s vegetation through the Mesozoic era ( 248 – 65 million years ago ) known as the K/T ( Cretaceous-K and Tertiary - T – period ) event, the meteorite, asteroid or comet that crashed into the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, greatly limited any ‘ graded potential ‘ ( Biology p 918-919 ) regarding further evolution of the dinosaurs with regards in exception to what we now know as birds; that which is accepted as fact as a mutation to and of, from the environmental change from the impact. The Gymnosperms survived but were no longer dominant in the vegetation kingdom in number and as a major food source for the species that remained.
The waters of the world would also have been a factor as the resulting effect of penetration of the upper crust and shifting of magnetic poles, disruption at best, naturally occurring radiation found in granite and other mineral not excluding the volcanic reaction due shifts in the tectonic plates. After a while, someone notices that we’re not thinking about things the way our parents did. “ ( Weinberger,D. p 173 ) A use of ‘ context ‘ in regards to the World Wide Web might in the realm of thoughtful and mindful contemplation as to cause and effect of Corporate indifferences in the proper disposal of toxic waste may have made us all ‘ wards of The Federal Government.’ The byproducts of radiation are in use every day in El Paso and the world, from batteries in cell phones, microwaves, and nuclear energy power plants, this along with Defense Establishments of all Nations, and even their hospital equipment have the ability to harm all life if disposed of into waterways. “ As per Texans “ the mining industry’s poor track record of cleaning up such sites, it is incumbent upon Texans to demand a moratorium on uranium exploration and mining in the state. “ ( Water/Altura-page 2 ) Improper management of of uranium mines ( In-Sito Leechuranium Mining ) and refining methods and others lacking in proper clean ups, if any, mining endeavors impacting our waterways and basins have compounded the trust of multicipalities. “ After Uranium Resources Inc. ( UR ) mined in their area, citizens of Ricardo in Kleberg County, ( Texas ) received a letter in October, 2004 from the EPA Region VI in Dallas stating that their drinking water showed uranium from five to eight times above EPA’s current uranium standard. The letter ad vised the residents to “ consult their family doctor…and not use these two wells for drinking water.” About two years later, Dr. George Rice, hydrologist concluded in a study for the Kieberg County Citizen Review Board that URI failed to restore water quality after uranium mining “ ( ALTURA p 2 ). Even the study of ancient Greek texts ( Aristotle-Hydromyths ) concerning the flow of fresh water through the seabed particularly offshore of Karstic coasts, brings to mind the Texas coast along the Gulf of Mexico and ‘ unseen ‘ freshwater contamination in the Gulf as a possibility based on uranium mining’s record today. Aristotle knew of submarine envelops of water in his day concerning ideals of his day; in Texas sinkholes and hot springs reach far into the environment bypassing boarders into New Mexico, between Albuquerque and Santé Fe and also Jemez.
The lessons learnt of this nation’s forgotten peoples, The Native Americans in suffrage still, as real numbers in comparison to White uranium miners have not been attained in completion even today, leaving an impression that they were ‘ unimportant.’ “ We found the following deaths were greater among non-white uranium miners compared to the general public.” About three to one, the greater being non-white persons. ( CDC ). The entire Nation as a people, The United States of America left without any personal Civil Rights and Defense, and a Nation without Civil Defense and National Defense, against the uranium corporate world as the weakest link.
