In brief, I read a book years ago, the first of which was a paperback that described the personalities of three of my immediate neighbors with exception to the ' character's ' names in that work of fiction. The names where also of immediate neighbors of mine, but switched among the ' characters ' in the book. ( WHAT I SAW...YES I KNOW, JESUS WAS VERY REAL ) It freaked me out and I lent it to one of my neighbor's to read. I told him what I thought, then pretty much forgot about it.

The second book that I read, was a book that a Federal Air Traffic Controller lent me to read with a story behind it, he got the book signed from the Author who also asked him questions about what he might of ' seen ' on his screens while at work ( Mr.?, my neighbor, other neighbor told him specifically, " I have nothing to say about what is up there." All Mr.? has ever told me is that " If people had any idea what was in the skies, they wouldn't what to know." I told him that day, " I don't want to know.").

Mr. Charles Hall book, ( something like ), New Millennium For A New Age had a description of 'The Light People ' that I had told Mr.? of from my childhood and some of the ' attacks ' that my memories seemed to be of ' immense ' interest to those who I heard to be ' Private,' 'Lutenant,' ' Captain,' ect..

I HAD NOT ( ! ) READ DAN BROWN'S BOOK YET DEALING WITH ONE OF THE MARYS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT AND THE GNOSTIC'S. I do not know why he picked that particular group of early Christan's and or ' rendering ' of cult. That I am, reasonably sure to of been at the very least, about five to ? months later. I read the hardbound edition from some book club that a friend had lent me. Of note, I am looking for the title of one of James Rowling's ( Amazonian, The Judea's Effect, not sure I'm spelling the author's name correctly ) for one reason, Mr.? my neighbor gave me a XEROX cop of a satellite image of our neighborhood and said, " Can you image what they can do now." The XEROX image of the neighborhood was old, some of the houses were, the walls and house's add-ons were not yet ' built.'

Mr.? knew of some of the ' experiences,' the most personal ' mental rapes,' and almost ' possessions,' that I have spoken of in my blog ' The Protection of Prudence by Conscience,' I've hinted to, but the explicate nature of some of the attacks often reached the limits of my understandings and exposure to just about any Criminal Mind Set. I simply do not understand. And I have never told anyone, including Mr. ?, my neighbor.-Of note: one of my art supporter's, a person familiar with law, told me that " there has never been a large enough group of ATC/FATC's that lived long enough to sue the Fed. for the ' damages ' done to their persons ( bodies )." The ' frequencies,' types of radar that they are exposed to.

The book that I was ' lead ' to find, at a thrift store, had an extensive list of what the US Army did to individuals, towns, groups of prisoners and entire US States...'experiments.' Some of which had been challenged all the way up to The United States Supreme Court.

( Before I forget, I truly wish that I stayed in the Tucson area, followed my initial instinct and met Mr. Walton, I recognized his ' mental voice and voice ' from the documentary of ' his ' abduction and the faces of the so called ' aliens.' If it was true to fact, the seashell fossil and the ' face,'...I just can't get out of my mind for so many reasons....my ' gut ' tells me that that was not part of the Remote Viewing and near ' possession or abduction.' Remember, the ' blonds with the blue eyes,' were ' drones,' zombie like if the depictions were correct. I will never forget that tall dark haired, short hair, black attired, six foot or six one, his gold ring ( Masonic or Military ) and the way he looked up to the ETHER. Back then at the beginning of the ' attacks,' I said before the so called ' military interventions,' " They are us." I do not know if one specific country has ' the advantage.' Yesterday...the movie ' Splice.'

Back then, I started buying, looking for any book dealing with bioethics...' the children's voices, as if partial ' brain tissue,' legion, groupings of many soon to die, after used, " that screaming, finally to English, " Help ( sometimes " me " ), as if ' monkeys with wires attached to their brains, imagery from the sixties and early seventies. ( RIGHT NOW: small black nats, just like Four Days In November. INTENSE STATIC THEN. Six months of this after buying the Four Runner-Information Junction, forwarded to this time framework.) Ingo Swann's book ' Starfire,' came years later.

On May 29, 2013 I had an appointment with ' Manny ' at The Opportunity Center in El Paso, Tx., I was told, a vet rep, for housing. About all that came of it was that I was to drop half my school hours to be accepted on Missouri street Communal House ( It's always been Missouri St., one building or another, kicked in doors, floors at a 15 degree angle, and drugs everywhere, through Alivante and the Mission. ) and sign a piece of paper that said, when I asked ( HA ! ), that The Opportunity Center is not responsible for what happens/happened to me when I leave the premises ( or left ). I'm on a waiting list anyway, for the new building.

I also found out that one of the main guys who worked at The Opportunity Center,' Lenard ' a black man who had alot to do with  my ' removal ' was apparently arrested at the boarder with an untold amount of ' pot.' His buddies followed me to Casa Vida, even after I told of my departure from to the Center, to the new staff, old El Paso Alliance Drug Rehab ( this I didn't know at the time ). The old and young black males, one of whom assaulted me, though it never got past ' simple,' followed me to Casa Vita. The Hispanic, a vet, tattooed up and down, lied. He was at the time, just too ' high.' THIS IS MY OPINION.

The other one who worked behind the counter at The Opportunity Center ' Mike,' allegedly intercepted child porn for distribution, if not only for personal use....HE WAS IN CHARGE OF MAIL DISTRIBUTION ( That lawyer's smirk, the repeated declarations that the material was mailed should I decide to change my name and in ' reference ' to my questions about suing The Scottsdale Police Department for Civil Rights Violations )*, the length of my stay up to a couple of weeks when I was asked to leave and went to The City of El Paso's Grant Manager.

Finally, I guess, if  I can believe it based on what I had ' seen ' years back, something that I felt dealt with Capt. Bakuas in Albq., NM (  me and a neighbor watched a bust of some drug dealers and how the ' older cop's ' forearm just kept ' twitching,' all those tendons and muscles, in place, for almost five minutes; counting in earnest? And the two of us, my neighbor and me just looked at each other; the near misses from gunfire, the old guys almost hit, and myself  ' hitting the deck,' while pulling weeds for my landlord. ' That Mind Talk,' I went to my phone and called it in, only to come back and hear the operator tell of the same location, and a young blond cop went to the fender, simply reached up and pulled out more money then I've ever seen.), when you call the police and you are told " Well Mr. Ochoa, it looks like you have called quite a bit, don't call us." A Police Operator told me *,... I used to be a resident manager before this.

Bakuas later became The City of Albuquerque's version of Homeland Security after 9-11. I NO LONGER THINK THAT THE ' SLIP ' THAT FINEMARK GOT AND THE AGENT THAT I SUPPOSEDLY SPOKE TO WAS FBI, THIS CONCERNING AN  ALIEN WHO ' BOUGHT HIS WIFE ' FOR RESIDENCY AND CITIZENSHIP, WHEN ANYONE WHO MET THE MAN AT THE TIME, WOULD SWEAR THAT HE WAS QUEER...GAY, THEN A WEEK AND A HALF LATER, WHAT THE HELL, A MIRACLE...STRAIGHT.
